Hermanus Golf Club hereby notifies interested and affected parties of its intention to carry out an ecological prescribed burn on a portion of wetlands fynbos on the south eastern section of the golf course (Flat Street wetlands).
On behalf of the Club, Enviro Wildfire Services will be undertaking the burning operation between 8 March and 30 April 2021. The effective dates of the burning operation have not been confirmed and will depend on favourable weather conditions which can only be determined closer to the time.
