TENDER: GOLF CLUB COTTAGE, HERMANUS GOLF CLUB
Tenders are invited for the renovation of the Hermanus Golf Club cottage (Manager’s House).
Tender documents are obtainable, on request only, from the Hermanus Golf Club Manager, Mrs Sharon Sleigh, Main Rd, Hermanus, tel. no 028 312 1954.
Requests for documents to be made by 15h00 on Monday 14 February 2011. Tender documents will be made available as from 15h00 on Tuesday 15 February 2011, on payment of R100-00 (one hundred rand) for each set of documents. Cheques must be made payable to Hermanus Golf Club. Cash payments will not be accepted.
A site inspection for prospective Tenderers will be held once only on Wednesday 16 February 2011. Prospective Tenderers to meet punctually at 10h00 in the foyer of the Hermanus Golf Club. Attendance of the site inspection is strongly recommended and non-attendance may prejudice tenders.
Sealed tenders, endorsed with the words ‘Golf Club Cottage: Tender’, must be handed in at the Hermanus Golf Club reception, not later than 12h00 on Friday, 25 February 2011, after which the tenders will be opened in public. Late tenders will not be considered and the Hermanus Golf Club does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
The successful contractor will be advised on Wednesday 2 March 2011.
