Due to the enormous amount of rain that fell overnight over the weekend of the 15 – 17th of November, the course was closed for the entire weekend, resulting in the Walker Bay Classic weekend having to be re-scheduled to the 14th and 15th of December 2013.
The Walker Bay Classic weekend of golf has become the legendary annual showcase event of Hermanus Golf Club and is renowned for being “the premier Cape golf club event” to play in.
The Walker Bay Classic Mixed will again be played off two tees, morning and afternoon, playing eighteen superbly manicured holes.
As always, the Walker Bay Classic Mixed offers highly competitive golf, a lot of fun, fantastic prizes and the famous catering.
This genuinely friendly atmosphere and tradition of hospitality remain the key elements of the Walker Bay Classic.
