Hermanus Round Table Golf Day

The 2014 Round Table Golf Classic, hosted by Hermanus Round Table 267,
will be heldon Friday 16 May 2014 at the prestigious Hermanus Golf Club.
The golf day is forthe benefit of various charities and individuals, the proceeds
of which will be distributed by Round Table. This year’s event will be limited to
a field of 24 x four balls. To avoid disappointment, please complete the attached
entry form and ensure your place by faxing it, together with proof of payment
back to the number below.

Advertising & Sponsors
We’re offering one company the opportunity to be the Title Sponsor for this
year’s event. This will secure prime advertising positions on the Putting Green,
registration desk and prize-giving venue for R2000.

We are also looking to get each of the other 18 holes sponsored for the day,
at a very reasonable R 500.00 per hole (although higher donations are most
welcome!).  Sponsorship entitles you to put advertising boards at the tee
box/green of your choice and any promotional items/handouts you wish to
give to the golfers.

Donations/Prizes
Any donations or prizes for the event will be greatly appreciated.  Prizes can
include anything from four similarly priced items for a 4-ball team or individual
prizes, that can be raffled.  Contributors will be recognized and advertised
during the event.
