The answer to why it is so special therefore lies, partly, in this delicate balance.\nSponsors and organisers may come and go, but the Walker Bay Classic has become an institution and will therefore remain a part of the history of our special Club forever.\nAs always, there will be awesome prizes up for grabs.\nThe famous catering, stretching from dawn to beyond dusk, shall once again be on hand.\nWhat else makes the Walker Bay Classic stand above its peers?\n“It is the genuinely friendly atmosphere.  It is the tradition of hospitality. It is the fierce contest.  It is because everyone is a winner in this event”.\nThe friendliness and enthusiastic voluntary effort remain key ingredients of the Classic.
