Booking Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to tee times for all members and visitors, Hermanus Golf Club operates the following cancellation policy:
48-hour cancellation policy – Tee time cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking.
Online cancellations only – All cancellations must be completed through the online booking portal.
Late cancellations – No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tee time.
Exceptional circumstances – Refunds or credits may be considered at the Club’s discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as course closure due to adverse weather or genuine illness.
